5. Manufacturing Orders, Returns, and Liability
For clients who proceed with manufacturing orders, the following foundational terms apply, subject to the specific provisions of your final contract:
- Production & Specifications: Orders must specify all technical details, material grades, tolerances, and delivery schedules. Any modifications to orders after production has commenced may be subject to additional charges.
- Cancellations, Reworks, and Returns: Because all our manufactured parts are custom-made to your exact specifications, orders cannot be canceled without incurring costs for materials and labor already expended. Standard refunds or returns are not accepted for custom-manufactured goods. However, if the delivered parts fail to meet the agreed-upon technical drawings or tolerances due to a manufacturing error on our part, we will, at our sole discretion, rework or replace the non-conforming parts.
- Quality Assurance: Kravzik is committed to precision and high-quality standards. We warrant that products will be manufactured strictly according to the agreed-upon specifications and CAD files provided in the final contract.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kravzik’s liability for any defective parts, delays, or damages arising out of our services is strictly limited to the total value of the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or assembly line downtime).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
